Partner Privacy Policy

When you apply for or access the partner portal, we collect your approved Google email, contact name, promotion platform, Discord details, payout email, onboarding details, and legal acceptance records.

When someone visits through a partner link, we may record the partner code, referral click ID, landing page, referrer, user agent, an anonymous visitor ID, and a hashed IP address for attribution and abuse prevention.

When commissions or payouts are reviewed, we keep operational records such as attributed signups, paying customers, commission records, payout records, status changes, and notes needed to resolve disputes or fraud reviews.

We use partner information to approve access, operate the partner dashboard, issue coupons, attribute signups, calculate commissions, review refunds or fraud, and manage payouts.

We use technical and analytics information to keep the portal working, protect the service, understand basic traffic patterns, and improve partner onboarding.

Referral attribution may use local storage and a first-party cookie so a signup can be connected to an approved partner during the attribution window.

Huggie uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Vercel describes this product as privacy-focused and not based on third-party cookies.

We use service providers such as Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Google for partner sign-in, and PayPal for payout details.

We may share information when required by law, to protect Huggie and users, or to investigate fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or security incidents.

We do not sell personal information as a business model.

We keep partner legal acceptance, commission, attribution, and payout records for business, tax, fraud review, and dispute purposes.

We keep other partner records while they are useful for operating the partner program, unless deletion is required or appropriate.

Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or legal reasons.

The Huggie partner program is not intended for children under 18. Do not join as a partner if you are under 18.
