Who can become a Huggie partner?
Only partners personally approved by Huggie can access the partner portal. If your email is not approved yet, contact Huggie before trying to sign in.
How do I sign in?
Use Google sign-in with the exact email approved by Huggie. Email and password login is not supported right now.
What happens if my email is not approved?
Access is blocked. Use the contact button on this page or email vaibhav@huggie.ai to request partner approval.
What do I share with my audience?
After approval, you receive a unique Huggie coupon. Your exact coupon, customer offer, and approved partner terms are available after sign-in.
Does the customer get a discount?
Usually yes. Partner coupons generally include a 10-20% customer discount. Huggie confirms the exact customer offer with each partner directly.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is generally 15-30% of eligible gross revenue using the rate approved for your partner account. Example only: if your rate is 20% and eligible gross revenue is $100, pending commission is $20 before PayPal fees.
Do partners earn on recurring payments?
Yes, eligible attributed customers are counted during a 12-month revenue share period, subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, and the final terms shown in your partner portal.
How does attribution work?
Only one partner coupon can receive credit for a customer. Huggie does not manually assign or reassign referrals after the fact.
What happens if a customer refunds, cancels, or charges back?
Commission can be reversed or adjusted when the underlying payment is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent. If this happens after a payout, Huggie may adjust it against a future payout.
When do payouts happen?
Payouts are reviewed and paid after month end through PayPal. There is no minimum payout threshold and partners do not need to send invoices.
Who pays PayPal fees?
PayPal fees are the partner's responsibility.
Are partner terms final?
Partner earnings are subject to Huggie review for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate attribution, and policy issues.
