What we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact Huggie, we collect the name, email address, country, language preferences, and message details you choose to provide.
When app features are available, we may collect account details, partner invitations, selected languages, basic call or message metadata, safety reports, support requests, and the technical information needed to operate the service.
When you visit the website, we may collect referral details, landing page, referrer, user agent, an anonymous visitor ID, and a hashed IP address for attribution, analytics, security, and abuse prevention.
How we use information
We use information to operate Huggie, send setup details, provide app access, support private partner spaces, route calls and messages, and deliver language translation features.
We use language choices, support requests, and safety reports to improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and keep the experience safe.
We use waitlist and referral information to understand demand, attribute signups to approved partners, and communicate product updates.
Calls, messages, and translation
Huggie is designed for private communication between invited partners. We process call, message, and language information only as needed to provide, secure, translate, support, or troubleshoot the service.
If you submit a safety report or support request, we may review the information you provide so we can respond and protect users.
Analytics and cookies
Huggie uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Vercel describes this product as privacy-focused and not based on third-party cookies.
Referral attribution may use local storage and a first-party cookie so a signup can be connected to an approved partner during the attribution window.
Who we share information with
We use service providers such as Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Google for partner sign-in, and payment providers where payouts or purchases apply.
We may share information when required by law, to protect Huggie and users, or to investigate fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or security incidents.
We do not sell personal information as a business model.
Retention
We keep information while it is useful for operating Huggie, supporting users, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, or preventing abuse.
Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information by contacting us at vaibhav@huggie.ai.
You can leave the waitlist or stop using Huggie at any time. Some deletion requests may be limited where we need records for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or legal reasons.
Children
Huggie is not intended for children under 18. Do not use the service or join the waitlist if you are under 18.
